7.3.3 All changes to the furniture (additional items, changes or returned items) are recorded in next month`s invoice 7.3.5 Rental fees expire on the day following the withdrawal of the final item from the rental agreement. 7.6 It is the responsibility of the tenant to inform roomservice if the furniture is no longer needed at any time in or after the minimum rental period and is ready to move. 7.3.4 The closing/credit account is collected on the 1st month following the move. 9.1.1 all claims of third parties related to or the use or possession of the goods by the lessee, as well as all related costs and charges; 9.1.2 all loss or damage to the goods that may occur during the rental period (with the exception of appropriate wear and tear), subject to clause 9.1.3. 9.1.3 Unless previously agreed, all leases include protection against non-repair. 9.1.6 The renter must immediately inform room service of any loss or deterioration of the goods as a result of an event mentioned above, and Roomservice will replace the damaged goods within 5 working days on a comparable basis. 7.3.4.2.
