Notes. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, all legal references addressed to the customer must be sent in writing to each of the customer`s addresses indicated in the order and all legal references to BQE Software at the address indicated below. Such communications take effect, a) when delivered personally, (b) on the declared delivery date, when sent by a recognized international courier or night mail, or (c) five (5) working days after sending by registered or registered letter (or ten (10) days for international post), return requested, all costs paid in advance. Termination of the agreement or subscription initiated by a customer should be addressed to BQE Software`s customer contact. For reasons of clarity, orders, invoices and other documents relating to order processing and payment are not legal indications and may be delivered electronically according to the standard order procedures of BQE Software and the Customer. The Service may also contain other published communications, guidelines or codes of conduct, all of which are included by reference in this Agreement. SLAs are often used for B2B services, but rarely for B2C services. In the SaaS/Cloud context, service levels typically refer to the availability of the service. If there is a dispute arising from the SaaS agreement, the document itself should define a defined process with procedural mechanisms to try to find its solution. The means of access and the authorised parties authorised to use the software should also be included in the agreement.
